This is one of my favourite TED talks, for lots of reasons, but interestingly doesn't use any visuals, normally crucial to anchoring the spoken word.

My name is Mark Hetherington. I have been teaching in the field of Communication since 1995, in Universities, industry and Colleges.

I will give you clear instructions on each class, feedback, give everybody an equal voice and crucially, we will all learn together.
